Sushi Bar Shu is Vancouver’s most exclusive Omakase Sushi Bar offering some of the cities freshest selection of seafood and masterful Japanese cuisine. 2021 is a year of change and this time we are giving Bar Shu a minor facelift to create a more intimate atmosphere for their guests to enjoy their amazing food.By darkening most of the surroundings our goal was to create a focus on the sushi bar experience and to have all the lighting focused directly on the food and chefs.
